32 Brewers' Street
A dense, beige head. Dark in color with ruby highlights, it releases notes of roasted caramel and grassy notes with a slight acidity. The caramelized malts balance the acidity of the roasted malt and the bitterness of the hops.
Top-fermented hops, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Dominant herbaceous notes are accompanied by delicate citrus and honeyed notes from the malt.
A dark, roasted beer with notes of coffee, chocolate, carob, walnuts, and hints of damp barrel staves, a hint of licorice, ripe medlar, and caramel. A very smooth-bodied beer with a typical Belgian "watery" finish.
Top-fermented with notes of citrus, yellow flowers (dandelion, chamomile), almond, and peach syrup. A fine, persistent white head and a straw-yellow color.
A spiced beer made with spelt and barley malt. Floral and exotic fruit aromas, with a light citric acidity and notes of straw, hay, and breadcrumbs.
It features a delicate, yeast-free carbonation. It releases soft aromas of white flowers, caramel, and a light spiciness. Its delicate flavor, with a lingering aftertaste, is very pleasant on the palate.
Very hoppy pale ale with notes of caramel and toffee with herbaceous and fruity hints of ripe pineapple.
Baladin Selection
Sparkling and full-bodied, this beer has a distinctive personality. Made from yeasts used for Islay whiskies, it's dark amber in color and boasts a thick head. Dry and slightly vinous, it offers notes of fruit and caramel.
Creamy foam, a deliberately cloudy and light apricot color, a yeasty and citrus aroma that blends into spicy harmonies of coriander and peeled oranges.

The first 100% Italian beer, made from domestic ingredients. A deliberately simple beer: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, and two Italian spices (bergamot and coriander).
An ancient lineage of nomads and pyramids, spices and Khorasan KAMUT. Its warm, orange-amber color is topped by a generous head that releases notes of oriental aromas, ginger, and citrus.
Evoking the great musical happenings with the greatest bands and singers in the history of rock 'n' roll, this beer is dedicated to them, where the freshness and expert use of different types of pepper blend with the aromas and bitterness of hops in a truly drink 'n' roll musical crescendo.
The malty notes, hints of caramel and dried fruit, are well balanced. The typical bitterness of hops. The aroma is dominated by the characteristic
citrus and resinous notes of American Amarillo hops.
5 grains: barley, spelt, wheat, rye, and buckwheat, 9 spices, including 5 peppers, rebalanced. Sparkling and refreshing, its pale color is slightly cloudy. It evokes notes of orange blossom, pear, and bergamot, all of which are present in the recipe.
